Final custom cats information!

Hello space cats!
This will likely be our last regular update.
At this time, almost all custom cats have gone out. There's about 15 - 20 stragglers remaining that needed a little extra attention that we will get out early next week, but other than that the vast majority have been shipped.
Due to a data entry error, you will likely have gotten a shipping update that says you have an order being shipped to you for product "123." That should say for "Custom Cats." Sorry about that! But know your tracking number/tracking link can be found in that email. If you have not received a tracking number, your cats are likely one of the few stragglers that we will be shipping out on Monday - or check your spam! If you have any questions, please reach out to us via email: [email protected]
And again, if we made a mistake with your cats, or if anything is missing in your package, or if your cat is damaged in shipping, or you're not satisfied with the results - please reach out to us via email and we'll fix it!
Some important updates for when you receive your cats:
The cards and tokens for your cat(s) will be inside the thank you letter, which is taped shut on three sides. Please remove the tape from the thank you letter to open it. Don't just rip it open! We don't want your friendly felines being damaged.
In your bubble mailer you will also have additional stands included for your custom cats. Make sure to pull those out before tossing the package, they are very easy to miss. We could not include the clear stands that came with the base game because those would likely get broken when being shipped in a bubble mailer; so these are shorter gray stands. To put your custom cat tokens into them, please squeeze the bottom of the token tightly and push the token in - as shown in the video below (we are using a standard cat in this video as we do not have any spare custom cats). These stands use teeth to keep your tokens in, so there's no need to take them in and out - you should keep them in there permanently. Of course - you can put your custom cats into the standard tokens that come with the game, if you prefer to do that instead.
Do you recognize the cat on this token? If so, your sneaky cat escaped from the rest of the package during the assembly process. Please send us an email ([email protected]) and we will mail out this token in a new envelope.

Hey Space Cats!
We're delighted to say we are almost done assembling and shipping the custom cats. The assembly is taking us just a little more time than we suspected, but we're in the home stretch. We will have them all done and shipped by Monday.
Everyone who is getting a custom cat should receive a shipping notification by Tuesday at the latest. If you don't, please send us an email: [email protected] . Again, all the base games and expansion packs were shipped in December/January - so this is only for people who are getting custom cats. If you are getting custom cats, you should have received your base game and expansion by now - and this is an additional package you're getting.
If in the unlikely situation that your custom cat is damaged in shipping, or if we made a mistake on your custom cat, or you're not happy with how it turned out (some of the pictures were a bit tricky to work with but we tried our best), we can fix it. Just send us an email: [email protected]. Please include "Custom Cat Correction - Your Last Name" as the subject header and include a picture of the cat(s) that need fixing. While we love hearing from you on Kickstarter, those messages/comments can be a bit harder to track when it comes to customer support issues, so we'd like any correction requests to come in via email.
We're so happy with how everything turned out, and we can't wait to share these custom cats with you! We're truly grateful to have you all as our backers!

Hey space cats rebels!
We’ve got suchexciting news: The customized cats are done being printed and they are currently on their way to us!!
According to the most recent tracking information, we expect to receive the shipment by at least the end of this week.
As soon as the shipment comes in the door, we will begin the assembly process and start shipping them out to you! We will probably need a couple of work days to get a handle on the assembly, but once we get the process down, we should be able to get them all done and sent out relatively quickly. We’ll send another update once we have a better grasp on how that’s looking.
But the long story short is: the customized cats are on their way to us, and we will immediately turn them around and start assembling and shipping them to you! We’re so excited!
Our newest game is now here: STRIKE! The Game of Worker Rebellion
In STRIKE!, HappyCorp, the richest company in the world, has just unleashed its most diabolical plan yet: turning your city into an entirely corporate-run metropolis. Players take on the role of the Strike Council to lead a city-wide rebellion against HappyCorp’s take over, while also fighting for better livelihoods for all. This is a game for our time, where working people are building new movements and winning real victories.
As with all of our games, STRIKE! will be printed in the US on sustainable materials. In addition, Kickstarter workers have been working to form a union. They have asked people to continue using the platform while stating their support for their efforts. We have added information to our Kickstarter campaign in order to support the organizing workers!
We’d love if you considered supporting this campaign, sharing it on social media, and/or forwarding it on widely. Remember - with Kickstarter, you don’t get charged until the very last day of our campaign, but supporting early is huge in helping us build momentum. And as we’ve teamed with Jobs with Justice, you’ll also be helping to build campaigns for working people across the country.

Hey space cats!
We hope you are well and keeping the resistance fierce.
We have exciting news: We will have your custom cats in our paws in 2 - 3 weeks. As soon as we do, we will turn them around and send them to you! The shipping process for these cats has to be done by us rather than our traditional warehouse, and we think it will take about 2 - 5 business days to ship them all out once we have them. Once we have the cats and the process has begun, we will let you know.
In the mean time, here’s a snapshot of some of your custom cats, picked at random. To be honest, you all cracked us up with your imagination and background stories for your cats. If there's ever a Space Cats 2, we are going to recruit you all to do the writing.
As a reminder: Some cat pictures didn't work when they were cut out from their backgrounds, so in those cases we chose to either place part or all of the cat picture with the background directly onto the card.
If you want to see your cat(s) while you wait for them to get to us and for us to ship them out, send us an email: [email protected] and we’ll send you a snapshot from our master printing document. Please include your backer number and cat name(s) in your email, if possible. Please note that since we’re heading into the weekend, we might follow up with you by early next week (Monday - Wednesday)!

Statement of Support for Kickstarter Workers
We stand with the workers of Kickstarter!
Many workers at Kickstarter are currently working to organize a union and are facing opposition from the management. The TESA Collective completely supports their unionization efforts, as we rely on their labor that runs the platform.
The people organizing the unionization effort have asked creators to continue launching campaigns on Kickstarter and for people to continue supporting campaigns on Kickstarter, and have stated that their unionization effort is to support the workers, creators, and backers who make Kickstarter possible. We have also been in direct contact with the unionization effort, and they have told us making this statement of support is the correct way to move forward while utilizing the platform.
Our next board game - STRIKE! The Game of Worker Rebellion - will launch on Kickstarter on October 16th. A portion of the proceeds from this campaign will go to support the amazing labor rights organization Jobs With Justice, as we have teamed up to jointly publish the game, and will help their work advocating for worker rights and power around the country. The game was also designed from the ground up in collaboration with Jobs with Justice. We will also include a direct statement of support for the Kickstarter workers on the game's campaign page, as we communicated with them. As in all cases, we follow the lead of those people building the movement and support them in the ways they ask. Power to the workers!
We thank the workers at Kickstarter who are bravely working to unionize their workplace, and we stand in solidarity with their efforts. Our labor depends on their labor. Solidarity forever.

Hey space cat rebels!
We're thrilled to share that your custom cats ($70 and up levels) are officially going to the printer next week. Woohoo! It's been a long journey, and this is definitely the most complex project we've ever undertook, and we're excited to get them into your paws! Thank you for all of your support along the way.
So here's what's next: Community Printers will begin printing and assembling your custom cats shortly after we send them the files. (As soon as their presses become clear from current projects.) They will then freight ship the custom cat packages to us; and then the TESA team will ship them out to each of you that are getting custom cats.
We can't say exactly for sure how long it will take. Primarily, it will depend on how long it takes Community Printers to print and assemble them. Each custom cat package will be individually hand collated, and a lot of work needs to be done to make sure all the right ones get into the right packages. We're thankful they are taking on such a big responsibility head on! We will let you know when we hear from them about their progress, and we will keep you updated along the way.

We're excited to share that our next game will be STRIKE! The Game of Worker Rebellion. It will be coming to Kickstarter in October, and this is a collaboration with the amazing organization Jobs with Justice.

HappyCorp, the richest company in the world, has just unleashed its most evil plan yet: turning Mercury City into an entirely corporate-run city. From the schools to the sidewalks, everything will be owned and run by HappyCorp, and every resident will become a HappyCorp employee. There will be no more minimum wage, no more public services, and no more unions. HappyCorp has already begun unleashing its Smile Drones to convert the city’s infrastructure, crush protests, and ensure every resident watches its Commercial Breaks.
Players take on the role of the Strike Council to lead a city-wide strike of workers against HappyCorp’s take over, while also fighting for better livelihoods for all. Players will use energy tokens to grow their ranks, mobilize their workers, and complete strike cards. As the Strike Council scores victories for workers around the city, they will gain the support of more allies, from the dockworkers to the teachers, and build new bases of support from the manufacturing district to the university.
